- Photographs
- Telephone or text communications
- Physical inspection
- Service location
- Requested services
RYNO CLASSICS reserves the right to revise a quote if information supplied by the customer is incomplete or if the vehicle's actual condition materially differs from the information used to prepare the quote.
5. Appointments

A customer request for a date or time does not guarantee that the appointment has been accepted.
An appointment becomes confirmed when RYNO CLASSICS communicates confirmation through the applicable booking or communication channel.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Service address
- Vehicle information
- Requested service
- Appointment information
6. Mobile Service
RYNO CLASSICS is a mobile detailing business and performs services at customer-authorized locations.
Customers must provide lawful access to the vehicle and must have authority to permit RYNO CLASSICS to perform services at the selected location.
Depending on the service, the location must provide adequate:
- Working space
- Vehicle access
- Safety conditions
- Lighting
- Environmental conditions
RYNO CLASSICS may use its own water and power equipment where available and appropriate.
7. Weather and Environmental Conditions
Certain detailing services may require suitable environmental conditions.
RYNO CLASSICS may reschedule, modify, postpone, or decline a service when weather or environmental conditions create an unreasonable risk to:
- The vehicle
- The customer's property
- RYNO CLASSICS personnel
- Equipment
- The quality of the service
Such conditions may include extreme heat, rain, high winds, unsafe conditions, inadequate lighting, flooding, or other circumstances affecting safe service delivery.
8. Customer Property and Vehicle Access
Customers should remove valuables, fragile items, documents, money, electronics, and other personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
RYNO CLASSICS is not responsible for personal property left inside the vehicle except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Customers must disclose known issues that could affect service, including:
- Water leaks
- Electrical problems
- Mechanical problems
- Loose trim
- Damaged paint
- Previous repairs
- Aftermarket modifications
- Fragile materials
- Existing coating or film
- Known interior damage
9. Pre-Existing Damage
Detailing may reveal, highlight, or make more visible pre-existing conditions.
These may include:
- Scratches
- Swirl marks
- Paint defects
- Oxidation
- Clear-coat failure
- Fading
- Peeling
- Cracking
- Delamination
- Staining
- Tears
- Rust
- Corrosion
- Previous repair defects
- Interior deterioration
RYNO CLASSICS does not guarantee removal of every defect.
Customers understand that cleaning, polishing, extraction, agitation, steam, pressure washing, and other professional detailing processes may reveal conditions that were previously difficult to see.
10. Classic, Exotic, and Specialty Vehicles
Classic, antique, collector, exotic, modified, restored, or specialty vehicles may contain fragile, aged, custom, or non-standard materials.
Customers must disclose known special conditions before service.
RYNO CLASSICS will use reasonable professional care appropriate to the service selected; however, the condition, age, materials, previous repairs, modifications, or restoration history of a vehicle may affect the results or risks associated with detailing.
11. Ceramic Coatings
Ceramic coating performance and durability depend on the specific product, preparation, installation, maintenance, storage, environmental exposure, and other conditions.
The website currently describes the Ceramic Coating Classic as a 3 to 5 year coating service.
This description refers to the stated or manufacturer-related durability expectation of the applicable product and does not constitute a guarantee that the coating will maintain identical performance for the entire period.
The customer is responsible for following applicable maintenance recommendations.
12. Service Results
RYNO CLASSICS strives to provide professional and high-quality results.
However, detailing results depend on:
- Vehicle condition
- Vehicle age
- Materials
- Previous care
- Type and severity of contamination
- Paint condition
- Interior condition
- Environmental conditions
- Product selection
- Service selected
RYNO CLASSICS does not guarantee complete removal of every:
- Stain

- Scratch
- Paint defect
- Water mark
- Mineral deposit
- Discoloration
- Imperfection
13. Plant-Based and Eco-Conscious Products
RYNO CLASSICS may offer plant-based or eco-conscious product options upon request.
Product selection may depend on:
- Vehicle surface
- Material compatibility
- Desired result
- Service selected
- Product availability
"Plant-based," "eco-conscious," or similar descriptions do not mean that every product is appropriate for every surface or that a product presents zero environmental or chemical risk under every circumstance.
14. Water and Equipment
RYNO CLASSICS may use deionized or purified water systems for mobile detailing.
These systems are intended to reduce mineral deposits and water spotting during the detailing process.
Actual results may vary depending on environmental conditions, vehicle condition, water quality, surface condition, and other factors.
15. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requirements may be communicated at the time of booking and may vary by service.
If a deposit, cancellation fee, or other booking requirement applies, the applicable terms will be disclosed before the customer is charged or otherwise commits to the applicable arrangement.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.
16. No-Shows and Access Problems
If the customer is unavailable at the confirmed appointment time, fails to provide vehicle access, or does not provide the conditions reasonably necessary to perform the service, RYNO CLASSICS may treat the appointment as delayed, rescheduled, or a no-show.
Any applicable fee will be subject to the cancellation or booking terms disclosed to the customer.
17. Recurring Maintenance Plans
RYNO CLASSICS may offer custom recurring maintenance plans for private estates, vehicle collections, households, or fleets.
A recurring maintenance arrangement is not automatically a subscription merely because services are scheduled on a recurring basis.
If a plan automatically renews or automatically charges a customer on a continuing basis, RYNO CLASSICS will provide the disclosures, affirmative consent, cancellation method, and other notices required by applicable California law.
No automatic recurring charge will be implied merely from the existence of a recurring service relationship.
18. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms disclosed at booking, estimate, invoice, or purchase.
Customers authorize RYNO CLASSICS or its designated payment processor to charge the applicable amount for services purchased or otherwise authorized.
Additional services or charges approved by the customer may be added to the final invoice.

Please provide:

RYNO CLASSICS may inspect the vehicle and investigate the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Customers who submit photographs represent that they have the right to provide those photographs to RYNO CLASSICS.
21. Reviews and Testimonials
RYNO CLASSICS may display authentic customer reviews and testimonials obtained from third-party review platforms or directly from customers.
Reviews are intended to represent the experiences of the customers who provided them.
Individual results and experiences may vary.
RYNO CLASSICS does not guarantee that every customer will have the same experience described in a testimonial.
